Barrister Rashida who is the Principal Partner of Rashidat Mohammed & CO Chambers now doubles as the Secretary NBA, Sokoto state chapter. As a lawyer activist and one of the leading legal practitioners in Sokoto state, her landslide victory in the election typified a vote of confidence for her activist and exemplary legal activities in the state.
As the Legal Adviser of ASATTAHIR International Foundation, Barrister Rashida has given us hope that humanity will be the prime beneficiary of her selfless services. Her practices, engagements and commitments embodied a humanity as her trademark.
Through her vast knowledge, experience, resilience, passion and selflessness to serving humanity, she has supported the foundation tremendously thereby impacting lives of the vulnerable groups in Sokoto state.
Her recent victory has not come as a surprise to the foundation and all well meaning people in the state. This is another milestone achieved by a staunch advocate of gender equity, human rights as well as people’s empowerment, which are at the core of the foundation.
